With some guidelines for approaching girlfriend cranky, you will have the ability to calm the mood and helps strengthen your relationship, not harm it.
1. Reflect on the reasons that you believe that your boyfriend may be cranky and why he's moody. Changes in mood may be from a variety of issues, including employment issues, financial concerns or a situation of hormones, including PMS.
2. Understanding that his fussiness is not always a sign that you've made him angry. Take a moment to review what you believe is really disturbing is based on his actions to you and those around him.

5. Comfort him by letting him know you are there for him and will give him whatever he needed to help improve her mood and make her happy again.
